Wow! What a case study!?! You should be very proud! I'm very impressed!
It's so good that you've made it difficult to make any constructive feedback but I will try anyways.
While the case study mentions pain points related to payment processes and general user experiences, providing more specific examples or quotes from user interviews would strengthen the narrative. What specific issues did users face with existing car rental apps?
Consider creating detailed personas based on the data gathered. This could include motivations, frustrations, and key behaviors, which can further guide design decisions. And it could perhaps help empathise with the user and judge it from their point of view so to speak.
Since the app is targeted at Arabic users, it would be beneficial to include more insights on cultural norms and how they influenced your design decisions (e.g., language, navigation preferences, trust factors). This could be a great lesson for all of us Westernised designers, to get a glimpse into the GCC world. I've lived there for 3 years myself.
There is no mention of how the app handles errors (e.g., payment failures, internet connectivity issues). It would be beneficial to include this in the case study to demonstrate a thorough understanding of a robust user experience. Because I think this is the area where user experience and business interest can really collide for a app like this. If you make good design solutions for this, I think this would impress a client/employer a lot. Because it will show case that you focus on business value.
Highlight any specific challenges or considerations related to localization (e.g., right-to-left text alignment, Arabic script readability) and how these were addressed. I think this is something we in the western world tend to forget.
Consider including some key performance indicators (KPIs) or metrics that you plan to use (or have used) to measure the success of the MVP and subsequent versions. Again, if you add this, it will impress a client/employer a lot. Because again, you're showcasing that you're thinking in quantifiable metrics.
The case study is well-organized, with clear sections and logical flow, making it easy to follow. The use of visuals, including screenshots and user flow diagrams, effectively supports the text and helps convey the design process and decisions.
You're very talented! Keep up the wonderful work!
