The user-centric design of the 404 error page reduces user frustration, maintains engagement, and provides clear navigation. By integrating engaging visuals, clear messaging, and useful links, the design transforms a potentially negative experience into a positive one, enhancing the overall user-friendliness of the FinTech platform.

I really like the visual design of your 404 page! The copy could use some improvement, though. Avoid using "oops" for errors, as it may frustrate some users. The line "It seems the piggies went to the market and will be back to help you" is fun, but you might want to tweak it to better reflect a lost page situation. Something like "The piggies will help you get back on track" would be more fitting. Also, I don't think a refresh button is necessary here. Instead, consider adding a search bar, popular links, or categories to help users navigate. Overall, great start!

Nice work on this 404 page 👏 The playful piggy theme keeps the tone light while still guiding users back on track, which really helps reduce frustration. The layout feels clean and approachable, and the navigation options make it easy to move forward. Overall, a thoughtful and user-friendly design that fits well within a fintech context 🚀✨

Hi Joyce,

The primary purpose of the 404 page is to give users a clear signal of

what they were trying to find/look for and its missing on the server.

I think the copy needs work.

This is for a fintech industry, so the clearer we are, the better it is.

Users do not know what a 404 is.

Title "The page you are looking for is not available"

What happened (The page you are looking for does not existing, or we did not find the page you are looking for)

Why:

This could be due to a broken link or outdated link.

The page have been deleted to moved.

What can you do next

Try refreshing the page

Or click here(link) to go back or Start from the homepage(link).

I do not think you need to provide them a link to support (I do not see many companies doing this)
