Something like "The piggies will help you get back on track" would be more fitting. Also, I don't think a refresh button is necessary here. The primary purpose of the 404 page is to give users a clear signal of
what they were trying to find/look for and its missing on the server.
I think the copy needs work.
This is for a fintech industry, so the clearer we are, the better it is.
Users do not know what a 404 is.

What happened (The page you are looking for does not existing, or we did not find the page you are looking for)

This could be due to a broken link or outdated link.
The page have been deleted to moved.

I do not think you need to provide them a link to support (I do not see many companies doing this)
