Great balance between theory and practice, the participants definitely won’t get bored!
I really like your introduction and the icebreaker topic. The ideas market and user insights also look strong. Understanding personas and their pain points really helps with idea generation and prioritization.
My main comment is the goal: right now, it’s not fully clear why you want to redesign. A clear goal helps to understand what exactly you want to improve in the user experience, not just enhance automation or personalization.
I’d also add a user journey right after personas. It helps to connect their pain points and highlight what actually happens in the experience. But I’d move wireframing to the next part, so the flow remains logical.
Regarding the timeframe: I don’t think interactive prototyping will fit, especially if participants aren’t designers. It’s not very rational at this stage. Instead, affinity mapping would work much better. It helps the group understand user actions, emotions and frustrations in context.
The idea of testing is good, but not for this workshop format. It’s better to run it separately afterwards when the concept is more mature.
Overall, great energy, great structure, and a lot of potential with just a few adjustments.
