For this assignment, I designed mid-fidelity wireframes for a new mobile video streaming app.

The goal was to rethink the core user journey while keeping the experience clean, intuitive, and socially engaging.

Included Screens

  • Login / Splash → simple entry with clear CTAs for sign in or sign up.
  • Home Feed → personalized recommendations, continue-watching, and trending content.
  • Search → advanced search with filters and smart suggestions.
  • Player → minimal controls, progress bar, and a unique “Watch Together” button to enable social viewing.
  • Details Page → large hero poster, synopsis, play CTA, add to list, and related titles carousel.

Design Highlights

  • Mobile-first approach with 375×812 frames.
  • Consistency: bottom navigation (Home, Browse, Profile) for learnability.
  • Differentiation: focus on social discovery and shared viewing, a feature often missing in mainstream services.
  • Clarity: mid-fidelity wireframes emphasize layout and hierarchy without full UI polish.

Competitive Insight

  • Netflix excels in recommendations but lacks interactivity.
  • Disney+ provides polished visuals but limited personalization.
  • This concept bridges both gaps: personal + social.
