I would only pay extra attention to the questions:

• How interested are you in a subscription service that delivers ready-to-eat meals and snacks made from organic ingredients?

• How important is healthy eating to you?

Because they might lead the user to tell you what you want to hear but not what they actually do.

Avoid creating hypothetic scenarios and substitute for real facts, such as:

• when was the last time...

• How did you deal with...

• What's your biggest difficulty....

I recommend you reading a book called "The Mom Test" by Rob Fitzpatrick.

Hey İpek, your survey works very well! I didn't have any problems completing it ☺️

My only suggestion would be to make the open question at the end optional. For example, I couldn't think of anything to add there since I'm satisfied with my delivery services.

Your survey questions are very thoughtful and do a great job of comprehensively collecting information. Overall, it's a well-designed survey, but I have a few notes:

  • For the question, "Can you describe how you decide what to eat on a typical day?" consider allowing users to choose more than one answer, as there might be multiple factors influencing their decisions.
  • The question "Can you tell me about the last time you bought ready-to-eat meals or snacks made from organic ingredients?" could be simplified to "When was the last time you bought ready-to-eat meals or snacks made from organic ingredients?" to make it more straightforward for respondents to understand.
  • The question "Which types of meals or snacks would you be most excited about?" feels a bit vague. Are you asking what they would like to order, make, or consume regularly? Clarifying the intent of the question will help you gather more accurate and useful responses.

Thanks for sharing your survey with us! I think you have great questions and it's helpful that you identify the competitors.

I would suggest making the identity questions optional and/or at the end. I also would consider asking about household income or - more pertinently.- weekly food budget as that will affect what people consider "affordable" food.
