User Persona For Social Media app
Project Overview
This project centers on understanding the diverse needs and behaviors of LinkedIn users who engage with the platform via its mobile app. The primary objective was to identify pain points, motivations, and opportunities to improve user engagement and satisfaction. This was achieved by creating detailed user personas based on qualitative and quantitative research.
Research Methods and Approach
To gather meaningful insights, we employed a combination of both qualitative and quantitative research methods:
- User Interviews: Conducted with a diverse group of LinkedIn users to uncover their experiences, goals, frustrations, and overall perceptions of the mobile app.
- Surveys: Collected data on user habits, app usage patterns, feature preferences, and challenges encountered.
- Contextual Inquiries: Observed users interacting with the mobile app in real time to identify usability issues and inefficiencies.
