Trello Color System
Hello, I'm Maria Caputo, and this is my first project in Uxcel.
For this project, I have selected the Trello work management tool. In this project, my focus is on enhancing, highlighting, and giving deeper thought to the Trello brand image, personality, and values.
To achieve this,I propose a color palette of calming colors that promote concentration, collaboration, and balance, rather than opting for the typical cream or rainbow colors, seen in other work management tools, also i decrease the use of blue, since it is very common in the industry, I suggest using it as a complementary color or as a secondary, rather than a primary one to differentiate Trello from its competitors.

I appreciate the detailed descriptions of your design decisions. The inclusion of both dark and light UI options is a great touch. However, I would suggest paying closer attention to the WCAG guidelines. In the second example, the text color may not meet the current WCAG standards for accessibility.

Thanks Maria, congrats on your first project. I use Trello and find the colour system they use a bit overwhelming some times. There are too many colours making the system feel overly complicated. I like your idea to pair these back. I'd like to see some more contrast in the colours used, at the moment they're a bit tricky to distinguish differences. Keep us updated!
