Co-working Service

For this exercise, I've choosen The Hive as our co-working service. It's a popular choice in Singapore known for its flexible memberships and community-oriented atmosphere.

Analyzing Competitors

  • WeWork: Known for its global presence and stylish spaces, WeWork can be seen as a more corporate option.
  • Workbar: Offers a more boutique and minimalist aesthetic, catering to a specific clientele.
  • CO+HOOTS: Emphasizes community and collaboration, similar to The Hive.

You're very talented! I can see that you've spent some time on this.

The journey steps are clearly defined from research to renewal. However, it might be helpful to label these steps with more user-centric titles. For instance, instead of “Step 1” or “Step 4,” consider something more personalized, like "Researching Spaces," "Joining the Community," or "Evaluating the Value."

Highlighting touchpoint changes (e.g., digital interactions vs. in-person) could give more insight into the user's transition between online research and the physical environment. Additionally, consider adding emotion icons at each touchpoint to better communicate user feelings at each stage. I provide a FigJam document on my Figma profile for free that you can use: https://www.figma.com/community/file/1242164707839368023/user-journey-mapping

That is the third point, even though I commend you for the beautiful aesthetics of your journey mapping, it isn't necessary. Focus more on being descriptive on the process, steps and the insights so to speak. But with that said, your presentation of this case looks GREAT!

Adding a measurable aspect to user goals (such as "Get access to a quiet space" or "Attend at least one networking event") can make them more tangible.

You're doing great! Continue your awesome work!

Nice and easy to read, I appreciate that you made this user friendly for all experience levels. Thank you for that!

Amazing work!
