The project involved analyzing existing social channels, benchmarking against competitors, and researching market trends. I created user personas to better understand audience needs and motivations, and designed an optimized content calendar tailored to engagement goals.
The final strategy aligned brand voice, audience insights, and platform best practices to drive consistent, high-impact content.

Also, not sure if it’s the majority, but since we’re chronically online now, is a calendar still needed? Content seems like it can be accessed anytime and recycled through.
