Social media platform
Platform: Social Media App
Device: Mobile
Research Methodology : Conducted short interviews with a small group of potential users (friends and acquaintances).
Focused on understanding:
- Motivations for using social media.
- Current challenges and frustrations.
- Frequency and patterns of usage.
Some interviews questions :
- How often do you use social media?
- Which social media platforms do you prefer? Why?
- What do you mainly use social media for?
- How much time do you spend daily on social media?
- What kind of activities do you do most often on social media?
- What do you dislike about using social media?
- Which features do you use the most?
- What would make you stay longer on a social media app?
Challenges During Research:
- Limited access to a wide pool of users.
- Relied on friends for interviews due to lack of budget.
- Small sample size makes it difficult to generalize insights.
Key Insights:
- Social media is not always engaging for all users, some feel it is a waste of time.
- Platforms need to balance entertainment with useful/valuable content.
- Users want more control over features (e.g., removing visibility of friends’ reactions).
- Communication and content relevance are stronger motivators than just passive scrolling.
Thank you for reviewing my project. I am open and ready to receive your feedback to improve further.

Hello Nada,
your user persona looks really well-structured and clear. I like how you combined demographics, goals, pain points, and behaviors — it gives a complete and easy-to-grasp picture of the user. The layout is clean and visually appealing, making the insights very accessible. Great work on creating such a strong persona!
