Regus was chosen for the customer journey map because it represents one of the most recognizable and structured co-working brands in the world, while also having a strong physical presence in Egypt. Its global reputation combined with local accessibility makes it a realistic reference point for a user like Ahmed, who is searching for a professional workspace in Cairo. Regus naturally appears early in the awareness stage through search results, location listings, and brand familiarity, which makes it a strong example for studying how users move from discovery to consideration.

Regus is also a good case study because it reflects the real decision-making tension faced by Egyptian users: choosing between local co-working spaces and an internationally trusted brand that operates locally. Its Egyptian locations allow the journey map to stay grounded in a local context while still reflecting global service standards. This makes the customer journey more authentic, as it captures how trust, proximity, pricing, and professionalism can influence decision making.

Hi Ahmed!

👀 First glance this feels more mature and structured compared to a generic journey map. You can tell it’s tied to a real service context, not just a classroom exercise.

I like how the stages seem clearly broken down, and the emotional highs and lows make the journey feel realistic. It’s not just “user does this → user does that” there’s friction and opportunity mapped in 👌📍

If I’d push it further, maybe emphasize priority improvements more clearly like what should be tackled first for maximum impact 🚀 But overall, solid analytical thinking and a well-organized CJM. Nice work!

This is a good start, but I would have liked to see a lot more of the research that went into this. Did you talk to users or conduct a qualitative analysis to come up with this persona? A lot of this seems like it was assumed what the user journey is like. It would also be good to give more design rationale to how the app could be improved.

Good luck and keep going!
