User Personas for Real Estate Platform

Our project is to develop a web/app platform that aims to assist buyers in purchasing houses or residential land by providing a convenient and time-saving platform to identify reputable and trustworthy sellers. The platform also enables buyers to access comprehensive information about properties, assess the surrounding area, visualize interior layouts, and even construct their own homes on purchased land. Besides, the platform will also integrate construction, repair, and installation services, with verification, reviews, and ratings for service providers.

Sellers benefit from the platform by ensuring the confidentiality of property documentation, preventing counterfeiting, and reducing costs associated with unsuccessful house viewings.

Our goal is to provide a comprehensive and interactive solution for all needs of real estate buyers and sellers.
