Password Reset Journey
This is a cryptocurrency trading application that allow users to buy, transfer, trade and other core services. While the challenge was on the time of onboarding or for returning users. Based on the analysis user who doesn't use SSO but email address or phone number to create new account may have chance to forget password more often.
Forget password solve this problem and helps user to reset their password passing through a security check. User will input the email address or phone number associated with their account. System will match the address and send a verification code to verify user's credibility. Once it's checked, user can create a new password to login.

You're off to a great start. I love that there's a "Back to login" button on every step. It gives users a simple way to change their mind or fix mistakes. That said, there are a few things that could make your reset flow better. First, on screen 1, some words have random capitalization, so it’s worth tidying that up for consistency. Also, using "SSO login" might be confusing for some people. Try something simpler like "Social login" or "Sign in with social account" so it's clearer. On screen 2, you could make the text shorter by cutting out "associated with your account" and just saying something like "Enter your email" to keep it straightforward. Also, don’t forget to show what happens when someone enters the wrong code or email. And it would be nice to see a success screen redirecting to the login page after resetting the password, so users know they’re good to go.
