Reasoning behind this copy:

The Headline is not serious but relevant to the fashion industry
yet in a creative way addresses there is an issue. The unique
headline will gather more interest.
The Body addresses the problem, keeps the customer
informed of the delay , gives an apology and offers a gesture
of goodwill through the Free Shipping coupons. This reduces
the entire focus on the immediate problem and likely enable
them to order again the next two times despite the delay. The
customer in this case is not entirely lost and most likely will
be retained due to the honesty and reassurance factor by the company.

Humans in general like to be in control when they are making
a purchase therefore by informing the situation in hand they are
able to anticipate of the delay and make adjustments from their
end on what they need to do and choose the next course of action
if they needed the clothes for an occasion and the occasion is before the delivery date. At the same time since they are rewarded with 2 free shipping coupons it appears the user cares about their time and is making up to them for the future.

The various emotions a user will probably feel after reading the
copy will be
Intrigue -> Dissatisfied -> Glad to Know -> Reassurance -> Recurring Customer

After the user clicks the CTA they can claim the coupon first and then track their order. Not everything is lost from both the customer and company's perspective.

I like the idea behind your push notification message and the content itself. However, it’s too long for a push notification and doesn’t meet the requirements for either iOS or Android. Even if it did fit, it’s lengthy enough that users might lose interest.

Why not keep the first part, which explains what happened really well, and then just add an action button for users to track their order? You could offer the discount for the next purchase on a page within the app where there’s more space and users are more focused.

I also recommend using the provided templates for the cover image to make your work more attractive to visitors and to incorporate more copy and design tips.

I really like the concept for your mobile push notification — it's spot on for a fashion service. The headline grabs attention right away, which is fantastic, and the incentives like free shipping, the option to claim a coupon, and tracking an order are super practical.

Just one small thing — the body copy feels a bit long for a push notification. People usually glance at these for just a few seconds, so try to distill the essence of what you want to communicate into fewer words to keep your audience engaged and responsive. Great job overall, though — you're definitely headed in the right direction!
