Nice job on finishing a design brief!👌 Addressing user concerns with empathy and providing next steps in your copy was great.
Some improvements you can look into:
- Conciseness: Notifications must be brief due to character limits. Aim for succinct messages that convey essential information swiftly.
- Brand Voice: The notification's brand voice wasn't clear. Don’t be scared to get creative and inject distinctive voice, this will help enhance brand recognition and user connection.
- Effectiveness: An explanation of the notification strategy was missing did it maybe not attach? This would offer insight into your design decisions on this brief.
- Variety: It seems only one notification was provided. Including a full set for review would showcase range and strategy.
Looking forward to see the full set of notifications and your strategic thought process behind them!🎉
Hi Gabriela,
I really like the copy you made. It feels like like they know each other and they're just texting. The use of emojis is perfect and the layout is easy to read.
However, It would be nice to have more notifications as described in the brief. The notification you made is good, but seems a bit long for this situation. Maybe you could take this one message and create other messages from it.
What messages I see in your notification:
- problem delivering the product.
- how to track your order.
I appreciate your copy and it is written very well, but could it be okay to make them into multiple messages?
