Honestly, you've done a great job identifying usability issues on the website. While the findings are super valuable, organizing them into clear categories (Localization, Navigation, Search Experience, Microcopy, etc.) with severity ratings would make them more actionable and help stakeholders quickly prioritize which issues need immediate attention versus longer-term improvements.
