🤔 I’m curious if you collected data from actual users who are experiencing a decline in engagement on an existing app, or if this is more theoretical.
I also tried to access the Figma file to better review the personas but couldn’t because it requires access permissions. Could you please grant me access? I’d love to provide more feedback once I can see the full project. 🙏🏻

Just one feedback from my side: while for the first personas I am totally understanding the rationale, for the second one I am not getting why his goal is to stay in touch with family and friends, I would like, if it's possible to understand if this is an hypotesis or real findings, as to me it seems that apps like Instagram, Facebook, What'sapp are better adressing the porblem.
Also, I am not understanding, in case the second persona uses LinkedIn for keeping in touch, why isn't it mentioned among the social media?
