One consideration: would it be more efficient for your target audience e.g. executives/developers of trip.com to read your report if there is a summary section briefing about your key findings and suggestions?
I think your evaluation is very detailed and accurate. For flexibility and efficiency of use, I think it's not the top priority of the platform since the decision to purchase a flight ticket depends largely on the price and the availability of the flight schedule (speaking from personal perspective only).
