One consideration:

Generally speaking, the purpose of any UX/usability evaluation/test to identify issues and provide design recommendations for improvement. It would be nicer if the report could have a summary section indicating and categorizing the severity level of problems found.

This is a great heuristic evaluation. Well done! The detail and flow, or, rather, the logic you shared going through each of the steps of Freshlables, as well as the clear, concise "conclusion"/solve points you listed for each section, are awesome! Given this is an evaluation, I think you nailed it! Commendable work!
