I think you did a great job analyzing Wallet! You went through every heuristic and provided a clear description of the issue with an appropriate recommendation.

Some suggestions to consider:

• Continue showing screenshots, and also add some visual indicators of where the problem is. I tend to use a circle with a corresponding number inside to keep track of my findings. GIFs are also great if your site supports them.
• For each finding consider adding a short sentence on how this issue will affect the usability for the user - helps build empathy from your stakeholders.
• This is more situational but probably a good exercise - think about adding a severity level for each issue to create an understanding of how big of an impact the issue has on the user experience.

You did a wonderful job with the heuristic evaluation. It's scannable, uses enough contrast, and features great formatting that makes it easy to read.

However, the evaluation lacks visual elements. While some issues are accompanied by screenshots that visually explain the problem, many are not. This is particularly important when creating heuristic analyses for clients who may not be familiar with design terms or concepts. They might be reluctant to read the text and, more importantly, might not fully understand the explanations.

For the recommendations, it would be advisable to provide at least low-fidelity frames demonstrating how you would fix the problems. Additionally, including a severity rating for each issue would help reviewers understand which issues need immediate attention and which ones can wait.
