GTI Kickoff Workshop

This workshop, led by me and my team, was the kickoff for a new e-commerce project with a client who operates a Cannabis Dispensary in the US. The goal of the workshop was to align on the project’s objectives, understand the client’s specific needs and challenges, and brainstorm innovative solutions to create a user-friendly and compliant online shopping experience. Throughout the session, we worked closely with the client to define key features, prioritize functionalities, and set the foundation for a successful product launch.
