Accessibility — Ensure all screens follow the WCAG standard so it's accessible for all users (contrast, font size, status etc.). Show clear label above the input and increase contrast of input border, display clear focus state when user is typing.

Usability — guide user about password condition and show indicators if their password meets condition precisely. Add loading spinner when user finished setup and about to reach the success message screen

Visual design — Enhance the visual, make it softer and user friendly by brand color background (refer to Headway landing page). Make sure the color from each states demonstrate their state precisely.

Conclusion

Simple enhancement on each components combined into screen, ensure that form accessibility meet WCAG standard can improve overall user experience on how user will complete signup form with least friction as possible.
