Criteria:
- Clarity: is the language clear?
- Legibility: are copy and icons legible?
- Relevance: is the content relevant to the user?
- Visual hierarchy: is the visual hierarchy maintained?
- CTA: is CTA clear and encouraging?
Process:
- I selected the service for audit
- I wrote down the goal and assessment criteria
- I opened the service's website and drafted first impressions
- I created a Google Sheets document containing all the site's elements, categorized them by section, item type, content, attached images
- I wrote down the analysis and recommendations
- I wrote down the summary with final thoughts
- I prepared a Figma presentation with initial goal and assessment criteria, screenshots from the Sheets doc and the final thoughts.
