eSIM from Monobank
The goal of our project was to enhance the functionality of eSIM in Monobank, identify the most significant user pain points, and provide solutions and ideas to address these issues.
Additionally, we aimed to raise awareness among users nationwide that mobile communication services can be obtained not only from traditional operators but also from a bank.

Great case study! It was informative and well-presented. One suggestion to attract more reviews: upload and explain their designs directly within Uxcel. Referring to Behance or Dribbble requires extra clicks and effort for those reviewing your work, which isn’t very user-friendly. Thank you for your effort!
