The project has solid foundations. I can see you've conducted research and defined real user problems. The persona and user journey are well thought out, and the gamification with the wheel of fortune and hide and seek game is a nice idea for building engagement.

However, I feel the wireframes are a bit too general. I'm missing specifics about key interactions. How exactly does the ticket booking process look? Where do availability messages appear? How does the system communicate wait times in real time? These details in the wireframes would allow for better assessment of whether you're solving the identified problems.

The design system looks visually polished, but I'm not sure if all the fonts will work well in the interface. Especially the Arabic ones. It's worth testing this with real content.

I'm also wondering if the gamification doesn't distract from the main goal, which is quick ticket purchase and park navigation. Could these elements be irritating for someone who's at the park with a specific plan?

Overall, the direction is good. You have a clear vision and idea for solving the problem. Now the key will be refining the interaction details and making sure every element actually supports user needs rather than complicating the experience. ❤️🫡
