You’ve created a strong, believable persona. The layout is clean and easy to scan, the photo fits her age and vibe, and the quote at the bottom is excellent-it instantly shows her mindset of “low expectations but open to something nice.” Her motivations, goals, and fears feel real, and things like “ease of communication” and “rude people on the app” are good, product-relevant insights. Overall, it’s visually polished and tells a clear story about her life and personality.

Where you could push it further is in connecting her more clearly to the actual platform and the engagement problem from the brief. Right now it reads more like a dating-app persona. You could add a short line about how she uses the app (mostly lurking, rarely posting, checking it late at night, muting notifications when work is busy, etc.) so it’s obvious why her engagement drops. It would also help to briefly mention what this persona is based on (interviews, survey, or user study) so it feels clearly grounded in research. With those small additions, this would feel ready to hand off to a real product team.

Hey Laksika,

It’s a nice start, but it would help to include more context about how you arrived at this persona.

The Project goals:

Conduct research with potential app users. This can be through interviews, contextual inquiries, content audits, or surveys.

From what you’ve shared so far, I think the persona could go deeper. What triggers stress for them? What does “feeling stressed” look like in their day? And when it comes to dating, what exactly makes a date bad for them?

Looking forward to seeing how your project grows with more context and richer insights! :)

See there are 2 types of Persona- the one that everybody know is taught and alo have taught in past but in my new batches - i focus on intent buying & trust factor in competition. as even the ui/ux will be bad people will buy the more where people are more seen.

The second this is focus on group persona rather than individual one as herd mentality and solving even 80% of group problem will give you wider set of audience while indiviual - i consider for edge case.

i like the persona maybe if you can elaborate more on the fears and frustration will put more context
