Overall, this is a very polished and structured UX case study. It communicates professionalism, but risks coming off as too “report-like.” By weaving in more of your process, personality, and design decision-making, it’ll feel like your story rather than a generic consultancy deck. What I'd add: I'd emphasize on 2–3 Killer Insights: Instead of showing everything, guide the reader’s eye to what mattered most. Probably, Show Personality: Even in a polished case study, inject your perspective — what you learned, what surprised you...
Valeriia, this is a very thorough journey map — structured and clear. To make it even stronger, I’d highlight just a couple of key insights and add more of your own perspective so it feels less like a report and more like your design story. Great work!
Nice work on the brief! It feels very structured and easy to follow, which makes it a pleasure to read. You’ve clearly put a lot of thought into organizing it well.
One suggestion to strengthen it even more. Try focusing more on the customer’s journey itself, since that’s the core purpose of a CJM. Highlighting their steps, emotions, and touchpoints will really bring the map to life and make it more valuable.
