Customer Jorney Map for coworking
I chose WeWork for this design task because of its pet-friendly policies (according to persona's needs), flexibility, and commitment to fostering a collaborative work environment. These features resonate with modern professionals seeking balance and community in their workspace.
For the task, I created a user persona representing WeWork’s diverse clientele and developed a detailed customer journey map to understand the user experience from start to finish. This helped me identify key areas for improvement and propose actionable enhancements to elevate the overall service experience.
