I think visually your design is accessible and follows the WCAG guidelines well.

My feedback would be to consider a different error state icon as that is difficult to see, even for a sighted person like myself. Maybe changing the size could help, or making it consistent with the verified icon - Circle with exclamation for error.

• Consider the spacing of your elements as there is a lot of white space between Logo placeholder and the sign up section

However, there are a couple of areas for improvement:

• The label "email ID" is a bit confusing. What does "ID" mean here? It seems redundant and could potentially cause confusion for users.
• While the error message is clear, consider removing the word "please" as the overall tone of the message is already polite.
• Providing a bit more clarity on which platform the form is designed for would be beneficial. Even though signup forms are typically simple, there's always an opportunity to reflect branding through tone of voice, colors, and logo.

Additionally, since the design brief focuses on creating an accessible signup form, it would be great to demonstrate compliance with accessibility standards in your design.

Hi, your design is quite simple and clear; the whitespaces are well-balanced. I'm not sure why you are using "Email ID" instead of "Email." The reminder does not need to use "Please."

Hint: I don't think email is a very strange format, except if you want to collect business emails, not personal emails, then this warning will need to be made clearer.
