Ecommerce website wireframing

Ecommerce website wireframing Bad Practice
Ecommerce website wireframing Best Practice

Ecommerce sites have one goal: to sell products or services. When creating wireframes for them, it’s important to emphasize how the customer will navigate through the selection and purchase process. The CTA is one of the most important parts of this type of site, whether it’s a “buy now,” “add to cart,” or some other type of button.

Beyond the CTA, your ecommerce wireframes should show clear categories of goods, include a search function, show how multiple products will be displayed, and show how product pages will be laid out.[1] Adapt those functions as necessary for your specific use case (such as a site selling a single product or service).
