Video streaming service with timeline comments

The unique feature on my video streaming service is that users can add comments at time interval on a video's timeline. The comment will have a "lollipop" marker. To view the comment, you click on the marker and it will expand into a text box in a layer in front of the video.

These comments will make it easy to add context to specific parts of a video by commenting at an exact time interval.

Private comments:

You can also tag people in your comment. These comments will be private and only viewable by the person that was tagged when they are logged into their account.

Public comments:

These can be seen by anyone, and anyone can reply to these comments.
