Content Audit Methodology

Research & Analysis Process

I developed a comprehensive framework to scrape & download data into one user-interface (Google Sheets/Excel) to analyze 106 content elements across Uxcel's platform, categorizing each piece by:

  • Content Type (Headlines, Value Props, Features, Testimonials, etc.)
  • Target Audience (Professional, Beginner, All levels)
  • Content Purpose (Convert, Inform, Engage)
  • Quality Metrics (Engagement factor, conversion focus, accessibility)
  • Strategic Elements (Keywords, value propositions, competitive angles)

Next Steps for this project

  • Create different types of Views based on business goals and to facilitate a workbench for creating suggestions, a column that is right now empty.
  • Using different types of graphs to visualize different types of narratives.
  • Create a more beautiful presentation for key stakeholders with all the findings.

P.S Big shout to Nick Qurle who created this Glassmorphism 2.0 effect that I used for the cover image. I really love the texture. I modified it a little bit to give it a 'milky' vs. clear glass feeling.
