User Persona

Hey!) I have created this user persona of an Instagram user based on the answers of my Instagram audience.

I chose the platform because this is the one I personally use every day. My first step was asking my audience to answer some questions about their experience. After I've gathered enough information I started analysing it.

So here are the main challenges:

• Most people don't like the target settings that respond to every message of search. They say there are too many ads.
• The app spoils picture quality. Users want it to be good.
• Some users would like to see who shared their stories or posts with others. They also don't like the ability to make your profile private since they cannot see all users.
• The platform takes a lot of their time - they cannot stop scrolling.
• Sometimes there are too many negative thoughts there.
• A lot of users wish they could listen to music on Instagram as well.
