Settings Page for Health App
Health+ is a mobile application designed to help users track and improve their overall well-being. It offers features such as activity tracking, body parameters monitoring, sleep analysis, and health goal setting. To ensure a seamless user experience, the app provides customizable settings that allow users to personalize their health-tracking preferences and manage notifications.
First, I started with categorizing related settings into groups.
Profile – Personal information, preferences, and account details.
Health Tracking – Options for tracking body parameters, sleep, mood monitoring.
Notifications – Controls for reminders, alerts, and app notifications.
Privacy & Security – Data sharing settings, permissions, and account security options.
By structuring settings into logical sections, users can scan the page quickly and access what they need without confusion.
To make navigation intuitive, the design follows a clear visual hierarchy:
- Section headers are bold and distinct – This helps users recognize different setting groups instantly.
- Icons next to each category – Visual cues speed up recognition and reduce reliance on reading.
- Adequate spacing – Prevents clutter and ensures readability.
- Search bar at the top – Users can quickly find specific settings without scrolling.
This hierarchical organization ensures that essential information is prioritized and easy to access.
Clean and Minimalist UI
A cluttered UI can be overwhelming, especially in health apps where data is already complex.
- White background with blue accents – Ensures a modern, clean, and professional look.
- Dark gray text for contrast – Improves readability.
- Sufficient padding and spacing – Prevents visual overload and makes elements easier to tap.
This minimalist design keeps the interface light, readable, and easy to navigate.

It's great that you have categorized the settings page into groups, making it easy to scan and navigate. The design looks light and readable.
Regarding the Health Tracking category, I noticed that sections lead to individual pages for tracking body parameters, sleep, mood monitoring, and more. In the context of the settings page, what types of settings would users have access to within these individual pages? Providing a glimpse of these settings could enhance the overall understanding.
Additionally, you might consider adding settings such as "Unit of Measurement" and "Auto Activity Detection" to improve user flexibility and convenience.
Would love to hear your thoughts on this!
