Monday.com Colour System
Hello everyone,
I have been working on some updates for Monday.com colour system and these would be my recommendations to bring some more warmth to their dashboard. Monday.com allows users to easily understand where along the line a task is.
I hope you enjoy my presentation and I would welcome any feedback no matter how harsh.

I liked your choice of primary color. It may be a common color for business tools, but that’s what makes it so effective. However, in the interface example, the system colors draw a lot of attention and overpower the primary and tertiary elements.
Additionally, the text over elements using system colors has low contrast, which may create difficulties for people with visual impairments, or even for those without impairments if viewed in a light and bright room.
I'd suggest giving more thought to how the colors come together and checking their contrast ratios to ensure they complement each other effectively.
Good submission overall!
The main problem I see is that you chose a 3-color palette (blue, green, pink/red) that's really close to the system colors (red, green, yellow, blue) - a common issue, by the way. This will cause problems where users will infer meaning to pieces of the UI that are not meant to have meaning based on its color.
Monday's current brand guide shows how they have solved it by having just a primary brand color (purple) that stays away from the system green, red, yellow. Also note how they have overall less colors and shades (simpler UI). We could argue that purple is intuitively an off-brand choice, but it does let system colors shine - interesting for a project management tool. https://www.brand-monday.com/colors
Beware also that your choices are not really suited for colorblind users.

Otherwise, good job! 🙌
