Ialoc App - Exploring UX/UI

This UX/UI exploration focuses on identifying and addressing key usability challenges within the Ialoc app. The project is not a full redesign but rather a series of targeted optimizations aimed at improving the overall experience without altering the app’s core structure.

Process & Approach

Through observation and analysis, I identified areas where the user flow could be more intuitive, the interface more visually cohesive, and interactions more efficient. The main areas of focus included:

✔ Push notification prompts – enhancing clarity and hierarchy for better engagement

✔ City selection modal – improving usability with better organization and search functionality

✔ Navigation & filters – optimizing access to key features

✔ Restaurant listing layout – improving readability and visual balance

✔ Reservation management – making access to active and past reservations clearer

Outcome

The proposed tweaks refine the user experience by reducing friction points, increasing readability, and aligning the interface with modern usability standards. While this was a personal exploration, the goal was to highlight small yet impactful improvements that could make a difference for users.
