Scenario: Casey is a Lead Designer who travels to meet and work with his companies clients. His work often involves hosting events such as workshops. Often his clients do not have suitable spaces for this in their offices so he needs to find workspaces for this. Past experience has found that whilst these facilities can often provide appropriate spaces for these events the additional aspects of arranging refreshments, lunch or other catering needs can be lacking and can take effort to arrange.
Goals: To have a one stop shop that can help arrange both a suitable space but also assist with catering needs. To impress clients with a professional experience when away from the home office.
Pain Points Overview
User faces frustration with checking multiple sources (Hubble website, Google maps, local restaurants etc) in order to first pick somewhere suitable.
They have to juggle multiple bookings to find availability at the right date and time / capacity etc.
They become the middle man and will still have to deal with any questions, requests, changes to the booking.
Opportunities Overview
Provide this information directly to the client
Connect with local businesses and support them / embed more deeply into the local area
Provide a direct booking / selection option improving the user experience, ensuring availability and removing the middle man from the process.
