I like this, Nicholas. It's insightful and concise, but this one particular part about the slow process still leaves me wondering: how do you turn the research, let’s say an interview, into raw notes? Is it recording and then using speech-to-text?

Then, will you just drop the raw notes into ChatGPT? What does your workflow look like?

When it comes to interviews, I would highly suggest using tools like Otter.ai to summarize or get raw notes and then using the project feature on ChatGPT drop them into the files section. This way as you engineer your UIs you can ask ChatGPT in the specific project you have the questions you want without having to refer to the notes from the interview. Also remember to use the o3 model to make this effective.
