I’d recommend reviewing the orange color for accessibility and conducting a brief exploration of different historical styles to enhance the thematic consistency. Consider how other design elements on the page can complement the serif font to create a cohesive look.
The idea of allowing users to explore history and choose between modern and classic recipes is intriguing! To strengthen the concept, it would be great to see the full user flow—from the homepage to the app's core functionalities.

Desart, the design effectively utilizes headings, categories, and spacing to guide the user through the content. The separation between "Categories," "Food in History," and "Recipes" creates a clear and user-friendly structure.
The use of sections like "Associated Categories," "Modern Recipes," and "Modern Descendants" in the Food Details page is intuitive and well-organized.
The fonts chosen are clean and legible, with distinct weight differentiation between headings, subheadings, and body text, enhancing readability.
What could be improved is the tags (Meal Type, Location Tags, Quote Attribution) - the color used there lacks contrast with the background, making it a bit hard to read.
