Giovannitti Coffee Roasters Heuristics Evaluation
I reviewed the experience and design of Giovannitti Coffee Roasters. A local coffee shop and roaster that sells their roasted coffee online. The goal was to evaluate the site through the 10 heuristics, find any deviation or pain points and provide recomendations.
Through my evaluation it became clear that, although Giovannitti has done a wonderful job keeping the design and user flow simple, they are lacking in recognition of every day icons and patterns and also in the aesthetics and composition of their design.
These can be fixed by resizing product images ont he shop pages, adding in every day icons to help users better navigate to the checkout page so they can make sales, and by cleaning up some clunky text over photos.
Overall Giovannitti would receive a pass for the majority of the hueristics but could improve the overall experience.

Please keep in mind that it's difficult to evaluate your work when zooming in causes blurriness and the screenshots from the website are unclear. We recommend that you edit your project within Uxcel or provide a link to where the work can be easily reviewed, including clear images. Otherwise, it's hard to identify the issue. You have created the design brief well, but it would be better if you add your project to tools for visualizing the presentation, such as using Figma, Canva, etc., so that it can be reviewed properly.
