Ethical and Inclusive Design for E-Commerce Service

My task was to promote ethical and inclusive design principles, ensuring that the brand offers an inclusive, transparent, and eco-conscious shopping experience for users. And here is the result!)

• Accessibility 

The design is inclusive to all users regardless of their background, race, age, gender, and ethnicity. All the text and pictures and other elements were carefully chosen to provide the best possible user experience to all users.

• Content 

I chose the content ensuring it serves its purpose, has high quality, and contributes to the full functionality of the project.

• Usability 

Users can perform tasks safely, effectively, and efficiently while enjoying their experience. All the elements meet WCAG ensuring our product's accessibility.

I added breadcrumbs to make users' navigation smooth. Also, a clear hierarchy was implemented to guide users' attention through the layout. We provided users with the possibility to change the number of items they want to add to the cart and added an "Add to favorites" button with the text and an icon communicating to all the users.

Green was chosen as an accent color because it is associated with calmness, nature, and naturality - the features that reflect our brand identity.
