Love it!

Considering the large number of teams—and presumably a significant number of participants—invited to the workshop, the allocated time for the ice-breaking activity appears to be insufficient. OR, you as a facilitator needs to ensure the ice-breaking activity is concise to maintain time management.

A full hour for brainstorming is generally good for generating a wide range of ideas. You could split it into two shorter sessions, mixing up the teams, with a brief review or reframe in between to maintain engagement.

The post-lunch session could be a challenging time to keep participants engaged (food-coma? 🫣😉😂), so consider starting with a brief energizer or a quick re-engagement activity.

Keep up the good work!

Hi Sivanat! You have a well-thought-out and detailed plan for the workshop!

I suggest arranging for additional support from your UX team, especially since more than 10 people will be attending. As the facilitator, it may be challenging to manage everything on your own, such as keeping track of time, ensuring lunch is ready, and checking that all necessary tools are available, etc.

Also, be ready to improvise and stay flexible with the planned activities. Working with a group can often lead to unexpected changes, so it's good to adapt as needed.

Great work!

Loved the compact format, although the post-lunch break might induce a fall in concentration. Also, shortening the number of people might help (?)

Great work!
