I must commend you for the effort and time I know you must have put into this project.

What really made an impression on me is the details you included in your CJM and IA, showed you have done your due diligence. There were some typo errors but that is not a problem at all haha. I have just one suggestion in the PAIN POINT 'feedback' section. If there is a way users can rate doctors and this rating shows on the doctor's profile, that might sort the inability to compare doctors. I also want to presume that woulf offer some QA, to doctors onboarding.

This is really a fantastic case study, There are small tweaks that could be done, as suggested by the other reviews, but your work and process are commendable. Well done on this. The IA stood out to me the most and is practical, too.
