Design Workshop for Smart Home Security Camera UI Design
The workshop is planned out to run for two hours and the structure will help us cover all our bases without burning out, ensuring we're efficient. Our agenda is a mix of brainstorming, prioritising, mapping user journeys, and plotting strategy.
I've scheduled short breaks to keep our energy and creativity flowing, also giving us chances for informal chats that might spark new insights.
The MoSCoW method will help us sort our ideas by their impact and feasibility, ensuring we focus on what we can realistically achieve and what will make the most difference.
In the final part of our workshop, we'll lay out a roadmap for our top ideas, deciding who does what and by when. Knowing exactly what we want to come out of this workshop will help us stay on track and make our outcomes measurable and meaningful.

Fantastic work on creating the design workshop plan! It's well-structured, easy to scan, and leaves no room for questions. You've clearly outlined the goals and the expected deliverables of the workshop, assigned responsibilities for various parts of the workshop, and prepared tasks for after the workshop concludes. The timing appears well-considered, sufficient for conducting the workshop without wearing everyone out.
The only tiny thing that caught my eye is that in your description, you mentioned including breaks, although I didn't see them on the timetable. I'm assuming they were just accidentally omitted.
Amazing job!
