Design workshop for Leado
Leado is a platform for investors to invest in real estate backed loans. There are both desktop and mobile versions of the platform, however it is known that our users prefer to use desktop for interacting with the platform, so the focus device type will be desktop. Currently the use of our platform is very limited as users prefer to reach out directly to us and make a Leado representative complete the process on their behalf. The goal of the workshop is to come up with the list of features we can implement to stimulate users to complete their tasks through the platform.
Desired outcome: A list of features to implement, in prioritized order.

The workshop plan seems detailed and well-thought-out. I like the activities you’ve included to stimulate participants' thoughts and engage them in brainstorming. However, I’m a bit confused about the goal of the workshop: Does the platform need more new features, or should the platform's UX be improved so that users can complete tasks without assistance from Leado representatives?
Also, the workshop is quite long, so including at least one short break for participants to pause and stretch their legs is necessary.
