A small addition from me, who has been in and out of coworking spaces 😄 I think lurking at their socials to see how lively their spaces are and whether they match the users' vibe can be included in the early discovery step. I read one of the goals—enhance her creativity by working in a professional and collaborative environment—and immediately thought, “Oh, landing on their social media would definitely be one of the first things I'd do.”
