Good start, it seems like you've mostly got the idea here. However, the presentation is pretty lacking. I can't really see or read the screenshots and there's no full project to view. Even when I click on it to zoom in the copy is somewhat pixelated.

I would like to see more on your process and design rationale, showing any sketches, planning, problems you ran into, and include other deliverables like the user flow for the checkout process. Also the full checkout process isn't really shown here, as all of the checkout information is already filled out. We don't really walk through it with the user.

Keep it up! There are definitely some good UI skills at work here.
