Allegro Personas
I decided to choose something different from social media platforms; instead, I selected an e-commerce platform Allegro.
The entire work was divided into five stages, where I:
- Chose appropriate research methods, considering both the actual business perspective and describing how I adapted the selected tools for the conceptual project
- Conducted a simulation of interviews using a properly prompted GPT chat
- Conducted a competitive analysis using the Perplexity tool, employing deep research techniques
- Based on the collected data, I created three distinct personas suitable for the Allegro app
- Summarized all the challenges and insights

Persona presentation is visually bold and attention-grabbing, and the use of consistent card layouts for the three personas gives it a structured and professional feel.
One area to improve would be reducing the heavy use of orange it dominates the page and can make the content feel a bit dense; adding more whitespace or softer background sections would improve readability. @Filip Zioła Overall, it’s a strong and well-organized start to a research case
