What is a wireframe?
A wireframe is a simplified, black-and-white version of a design that serves as a shared reference point for developers, designers, project managers, and clients. It ensures everyone is on the same page when discussing the overall structure and functionality of a future product.
Wireframes define the dimensions and placement of page elements, information architecture, intended behaviors, and navigation. They're intentionally stripped of decorative elements like logos, visuals, fonts, and colors — details that could distract the team from focusing on layout and functionality at this stage.[1]
