About the Accessibility assessment
In UX design, accessibility focuses on enabling people with disabilities to access and enjoy digital and physical services. FAQs
Why should I take the assessment?
Skill assessments are intended to confirm your expertise and identify your strengths and areas for improvement. When a designer successfully completes a skill assessment on Uxcel, they earn a design certification that can be shared on their LinkedIn page, attached to their resume, or sent to potential employers. These assessments and certifications provide solid evidence of your expertise and can help you start or advance your design career.
How often can I re-take the assessment?
Starter plan users can retake skill assessments every 30 days. Pro users can retake assessments every 7 days.
How do you measure the score?
A designer's resume and portfolio may not provide hiring managers with enough detailed insights into a candidate's skill set. To address this issue, we've developed a Skill Graph that covers 6 main categories: UX Research, Visual Design, Interaction Design, Content Strategy, Leadership, and Product Thinking. The Skill Graph provides a comprehensive overview of each designer's strengths and areas for improvement.
How does the assessment contribute to my Skill Graph and Designer Score?
All assessments contribute to your Skill Graph and Designer Score. However, Pulse assessments contribute the most significantly to these metrics. Completing any assessment will impact your overall designer score, with some assessments carrying more weight than others.
Is the assessment free to take?
Taking a skill assessment is completely free for all users with a Uxcel.
